Payment options?

We accept payment via most major Credit Cards. All orders must be paid in full before your order will be released.

Where are you located?

We are located in Edmonton, Alberta but are online only.

Can I pick up my order?

Of course! If you are local to YEG you can select the local pick up option at the check out and an email will be sent to you to coordinate pick up.

How is my party shipped?

All party boxes come in our party box and individual items come in a mailing bag or small box. All items are shipped through Canada Post. 

Do you ship to the USA?

We do! We ship to continental North America! Please keep in mind, shipping costs will vary from Canada to USA. 

Is shipping included?

While we're always striving to keep shipping costs low, per-box shipping is an additional cost.

For items shipped to the US, we are not responsible for any extra duty or customs charges.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Shipping time will vary by country and selected shipping method. As the boxes are for special events, please make sure that you leave enough time to receive your party box.

Tracked - USA: 7 business days

Xpresspost - USA: 4-5 business days

Regular Parcel - Canada: 8 business days

Xpresspost - Canada: 2 business days

Can I track my order?

Most shipping options with Canada Post do come with a tracking number.   

If any purchase gets lost in the mail, we can re-ship a new order, but you will be required to repurchase the item(s). Thank you for your understanding!

Can I custom order a box?

Absolutely! If you have a theme in mind that we don’t currently offer or one of our packages doesn’t quite meet your needs, we would love to work with you and create your dream box. Please allow 3 months for new themes because all items will have to be curated and ordered just for you. Customizations to a current box can be done quickly. What is your return policy?

All sales are final (but trust us, you'll love it). If any item happens to arrive damaged this will be replaced for you at no cost.
